JAMMU, May 13: An Inter-School Health Quiz Competition was held at Army Public School, Nagrota, in which teams from Army Public School, Nagrota, KV Nagrota, and Sainik School, Nagrota took part.
On the occasion, Brigadier Pawan Kapoor was the chief guest, who while speaking emphasized on the need to lead a healthy lifestyle and also have adequate knowledge of first aid and simple but effective preventive measures for common diseases.
The aim of the competition was to bring out the competitive spirit of the teams as well as to increase awareness of health, he added.
The winning team of the quiz was Sainik School, followed closely by APS, Nagrota.
Later, Brigadier Pawan Kapoor and Rohini Rohit Gurung, Principal APS, Nagrota awarded winners of the competition.
