JAMMU, Oct 19: In an Inter-Collegiate Kho-Kho (Men) Tournament 2023-24 organized by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu, GDC Rajouri team beat GDC Paloura by 04 point (09-05), in second match GDC Kathua beat GDC Reasi by 01 point. (10-09) while in the third match PG Department Jammu University beat Samba by 04 points (10-06).
In the Inter Collegiate Cricket (Women) Tournament; GDC Doda team beat GDC Reasi by 6 wickets. Inter Collegiate Cricket (Men) tournament held at GDC Rajouri Cricket Ground in which GDC Nowshera team beat GMC Rajouri by 21 runs. GDC Nowshera scored 122/9 in 20 overs while GMC Rajouri was all out at a score of 100.
Meanwhile, Post Graduate Department Jammu University and GDC Udhampur claimed Inter Collegiate Handball (W) and Handball (M) titles 2023-24. In the final matches, PG Department beat GDC Udhampur by a huge margin of 9-3 goals in Women section while GDC Udhampur outplayed PG Department by 22-7 goals in Men section respectively.
