RAMBAN, Nov 16: Psychological Counselling Cell of Government Degree College Ukhral organized an inter-college essay writing competition on ‘Stress Management: Prevention and Control,’ here today.
The purpose of the competition was to aware the students about the various techniques and strategies to control the stress wherein large number of students from different colleges of Union Territory participated.
Aiyaz Ahmed Mir from GDC Ramban secured 1st position while Athif Majid from GDC Gool bagged 2nd position and Lovedeep Thakur from GDC Ramban clinched 3rd position.
The programme was coordinated by Dr Shafeeq Ahmed Katoch, HoD Urdu Department. The event was organised under the supervision of Dr Ranvijay Singh, College Principal.
