JAMMU, Nov 16: 26 Infantry Division has pioneered in organizing Inter-Army School competitions to develop the skills of art of public speaking, manifestation of controlled emotions, positive and fruitful interactions with students of Army Public School making host to all Army schools falling under Jammu Cluster.
Following the same, APS Miran Sahib hosted Inter-APS Rolling Trophy Story Narration for classes 3rd to 5th and debate competition for classes 6th to 12th respectively.
Chairman of the School, Brig KS Kalsi, Cdr 162 Infantry Brigade along with SO school LT Col Vijay Bhadauria and Principal school Ritu Sharma inaugurated the event in an impressive function.
The event opened with children of classes 3rd to 5th who narrated expressive stories on themes wisdom, perseverance and empathy.
The Debate competition was held for classes 6th to 12th.
The speakers put their unbiased views for and against the topic. The three days literary fest culminated with prize distribution ceremony, chairman of the school felicitated the winners of all three days.
APS Miran Sahib emerged winner, while APS Kaluchak was the runners-up.
