LEH, Dec 28: Indus Chuchot Polo Club Leh held it General Body Meeting at Chuchot Shamma, here.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of president Tundup Dorjey and Nambardar Chuchot Gongma, Mohammad Ali and all the members of the Club.
In the meeting, Ali Akbar was appointed as the new secretary of the Club.
Stressing on the reviving of the age old heritage of Polo game in Ladakh and to promote the same enthusiasm and spirit for the game among the Ladakhi youth, the Polo Club has decided to hold ‘Ladakh Polo Festival’ in Chuchot from July 10 to July 20, 2016.
