Hussaini Sports Club organizes Jump Rope C’ship

BUDGAM, June 1: J&K Hussaini Sports Club, Unit Budgam organized Jump Rope Championship at Sports Stadium, here today.
Over 100 school girls took part in the Championship in which Apex School, Mirgund emerged winner by winning 10 medals, while Shah-i-Hamdan School, Bemina bagged second position, claiming 4 medals and Vision School, Humhama remained  third by winning 3 medals.
The other schools which took part in the Championship were Islamic International School, Peerbagh and IET Budgam.
President J&K Hussaini Sports Club, Unit Budgam, Sheikh Mujeeb was the chief guest on the occasion, who encouraged participants and distributed prizes among the medal winners.
The event was held in collaboration with District Srinagar Jump Rope Association.
Ayesha Hussain of Islamic International School was adjudged the best skipper.
Later-on, organizing secretary, Khadim Hussain presented vote of thanks.
