BHADERWAH, Aug 25: Government Higher Secondary School (HSS) Khilotran got better of HSS Bhallaroo by (2-1) sets to win in volleyball of the District Level Inter-School Under-19 boys kho-kho, kabaddi, volleyball and wrestling competitions, being organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, here.
Around 300 boys drawn from 25 institutions participated in the event, which is being held under the supervision of S R Kotwal, District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Doda.
Earlier, in kabaddi Under-19 boys, HSS Bhallra defeated HSS Jathale by 5 points, while in kho-kho Under-19 boys, HSS Bhallra trounced HSS Bhallaroo by 3 points.
The matches were officiated by Aftab Alam, Girdhari Lal, Majid Wani, Ajay Kotwal, Mujahid Hussain, Vijay Kotwal and Salma Rubi.
