SRINAGAR, Sept 11: Hydriya Sports Football Club (HSFC) will represent Jammu and Kashmir in the Second Division League which is scheduled to be played at Bengaluru from October 4.
The HSFC is the only Club of the J&K UT which has qualified for the League. “We want our Club to have as many players as possible, so that they can showcase their talents at the national level,” said Club Manager Munir Hussain Ghazi.
We have been running this club for more than seven years, but so far the Government as well as the Sports Department has not helped us, he alleged and added that the Club was one of the top 10 Clubs that have been selected to play in this League this year.
“We are going to conduct an open trial in TRC Synthetic Ground for players of the Union Territory. Any player can come and take part in it,” the Manager said and appealed the Government to extend full support to them, so that they could take this mission to new heights.
