JAMMU, Dec 20: The 8th edition of HIVER FEST 2024, organized by the Commerce and Economics students of Class 11 at KC Public School, concluded today.
The fest was aimed at providing experiential learning in entrepreneurship, fund management and event organization as part of their Business Studies, Accountancy, and Economics curriculum. Under the guidance of Economics teacher Pooja Chaturvedi, students gained practical skills in fundraising and securing sponsorships.
The event first held in 2016, has grown into a major learning opportunity for students. The fest offered a variety of stalls with winter treats and games, enjoyed by students from class 1 to 12. Dr. Vinay Chauhan, Director of Business School, Jammu University, was the chief guest and presented lucky draw awards. The event was a grand success, supported by Principal A.K. Mishra and staff.
