BANDIPORA, May 20: 5-day Coca Cola Football tournament concluded at S.K. Stadium, Bandipora today. Government High School, Town Bandipora while defecting Government High School, Qazipora by 3-1 goals lifted the cup. In all, 32 teams from various Schools took part in the tournament wherein under-15 age group students displayed their talent.
District Development Commissioner, Bandipora, Mr. M.Y. Zargar who was the chief guest, distributed prizes among the players. He said that necessary steps have been taken to promote the sports activities in the district, so that youth and children are made fit both physically and mentally.
Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipora, other officers besides members of the Association were also present on the occasion.
