Heritage School organises meeting of ‘Hub of Learning’

JAMMU, July 23: The first official meeting of Hub of Learning (HoL) was held in Heritage School, here today.
The meeting began with the lighting of the spiritual lamp and welcome address by the Principal.
Heritage School has been nominated as the Lead Collaborator School by the CBSE of five schools namely-SOS Herman Gmenier School, Cybernetics Secondary School, Army School Rakhmuthi, British International School and Army School Sunjuwan.
The aim of this collaborative partnership between schools is to create an eco system to learn and partner with each other for self improvement.
This collaboration will expose schools to adaptation and replication of best practices and raise the standards of education with respect to ensuring quality education, adaptation of innovative pedagogies, experiential and active learning, focus on skills, Art, Sports, capacity building of teachers, holistic development of child.
This initial meeting will be subsequently followed by exchange of good practices of teaching, infrastructural support and experiences in all spheres of school education.
The meeting concluded with a frame work of the further plan of action.
The vote of thanks was presented by the Principal.
