JAMMU, Aug 4: The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India (GoI) has granted recognition to the Indian Body Builders Federation through Order No F.18-2/2011/SP.l, recently.
The recognized body includes Premchand Degra, Padamshree, Arjun Awardee and Mr Universe, TV Paulley, Arjun Awardee, Bhupinder Dhawan, Dronacharaya Awardee and Mahesh Chaudhary, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Rattan Awardee.
The Federation also has the stalwarts like Madhukar Talwar and Pradeep, besides its president Madhok, general secretary Chetan Pathare, treasurer Swamy Ramesh and vice presidents Amit Swami and Surender Sharma.
As per the Order, the Federation will have to follow all the rules and guidelines provided by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India.
Meanwhile, the Federation has expressed gratitude for the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports along with all its executive committee, affiliate units, judges, coaches and the athletes for supporting and standing with them in achieving the goal.
