Inter -Zonal District Tournament

Kishtwar, July 29: In an ongoing Inter Zonal District Level tournament, under-17 girl’s matches were held in Chowgan Ground, here today.
The exciting matches in the disciplines of Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Tug of War, Rope Skipping and Badminton were organized. The tournament witnessed an impressive turnout, with a total of 180 students from different Zones in District Kishtwar enthusiastically participating in the event. Their enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and dedication were evident throughout the matches, creating an atmosphere of excitement and healthy competition.
The winners in the Under-17 girls matches are in Kabaddi, Drabshalla Zone, Kho-Kho, Padder Zone, in Tug of War, Kishtwar, Badminton, Kishtwar zone while Rope Skipping, Kishtwar zone emerged victorious.
The tournament continued under guidance of Director, Youth Services and Sports, Jammu and Kashmir, Subash Chander Chhibber and supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Kishtwar, Kherati Lal Sharma.
