DODA, Feb 26: Police organized a Kho-Kho Tournament at Government Higher Secondary School, Khellani here.
The tournament was organized by Police Station Doda under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Doda Iftkhar Ahmed.
On the occasion, Additional SP Doda Vinay Kumar and SP Operation Doda Ravinder Paul Singh were the guests.
In the tournament, 4 teams from GHSS Khellani, GHS Malhori, GHS Hambal and GMS Kelotha participated. The final match of the tournament was played between GHSS Khellani and GMS Kelotha, which was won by GHSS Khellani.
Winners and runner-up teams were awarded with medals, trophies and cash prizes.
Besides, Principal GHSS Khelleni, Principal Government Polytechnic College and Incharge Khellani Police Post, a large number of respectable from Khellani and adjoining areas witnesses the event.
It is pertinent to mention here that such sports events are being organized by Doda Police under the command of SSP Doda Mohammad Shabir.
