SAMBA, July 14: Government High School (GHS) Sanoora lifted the Volleyball trophy, organised by 84 Infantry Brigade (Rising Star Bayonets) at Govt Higher Secondary School Rajpura, here today.
The tournament was held with an aim to instill a sense of sportsmanship and to promote a healthy lifestyle among the students, wherein five Schools participated.
The Rising Star Bayonets also provided sports items to all participating Schools to further promote sporting culture amongst the aspiring youth.
Principles of the participating Schools and teachers expressed their gratitude to the Army for their initiative to organise the tournament.
