Jambu Lochan T20 tourney

JAMMU, Apr 17: The 1st Jambu Lochan T20 Cricket Tournament, organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Masters Games Association at Maulana Azad Stadium, witnessed dominant performances as Gentle Giants and Rehari Kings XI registered convincing victories.
In the first match, Gentle Giants posted 167/8 in 20 overs against Green Star Bhaderwah. Vishavjeet Singh starred with a brilliant 97 off 63 balls, while Abhay Tandon took 5 wickets for just 10 runs to restrict the opposition to 121 all out. Vishavjeet was named Player of the Match for his all-round performance. For Green Star Bhaderwah, Aleen Malik, Khalid Bashir and Adil Gufar took two wickets each.
In the second match, Hunter Cricket Club were bowled out for 118 in 19.4 overs, with Manmohan Kotwal scoring 43. Rohit of Rehari Kings XI took 3 wickets for 17 runs.
Rehari Kings XI chased the target comfortably in 12.2 overs, scoring 123/3. Mohit scored 36 off 20 balls, while Jatin added a quick 20 off 8 balls. Arvind Chouhan took two wickets for Hunter CC. Rohit Gupta was declared Player of the Match, awarded by Ranjeet Singh Chib and Tajinder Singh Aman.
