GDC Mahanpur organizes symposium

MAHANPUR, Nov 20: In order to create awareness among the students about the cleanliness and healthy life style a symposium was organized in the premises of Govt. Degree College, Mahanpur.
Principal of the College, Prof Kartar Chand was the chief guest on the occasion, who while speaking highlighted the importance of cleanliness and urged the students to educate all the members of community to which they belong so that the message of Swachh Bharat will go to every nook and corner of the country.
The 1st prize was given toManisha Andotra of BA Part-III, 2nd prize went to Asheesh Gupta of BA Part-III and the 3rd prize was bagged by Ketan Sharma of B.A Part- IIIrd.
The programme was organized under the supervision of Prof. Parshotam Sharma, while the proceedings of the programme were compared by Prof. Priti Verma and Prof Iqbal Kour,.
Prof. Amit Kumar, Prof Vemal Kumar, Prof. Bageh and Prof Wani were also present on the occasion.
The vote of thanks was presented by Prof Iqbal Kour.
