JAMMU, Nov 25: The Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) organised Inter-Division Under-17 Boys Volleyball Tournament at newly developed Khel Gaon, Nagrota, near here today.
The competitions were organised under the patronage of Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman, Director General, Youth Services & Sports J&K and under the Chairmanship of Madan Lal, Joint Director, Jammu, while Sukhdev Raj Sharma, District Youth Services & Sports Officer Jammu was the Organising Secretary of the Tournament.
The Tournament was held to pick the players for the forthcoming National School Games.
Jeet Singh, Assistant Director Youth Services and Sports, Jammu lauded the efforts of the students for their good show.
The technical panel included Naresh Kumar, Amit Sharma, Shubham Sharma, besides officials of DYSSO Jammu namely Mohd Farooq and BK Bhat.
