JAMMU, Feb 20: For his selfless service, devotion and dedication to duty and contribution to the cause of NCC, Dr Manohar Lal was awarded Commendation Card and Badge by the Director General, NCC, Ministry of Defence, Government of India.
Prof Satinder Singh, Principal, Govt SPMR College of Commerce handed over the Card and the Badge to Dr Manohar in his office in presence of Commanding Officer and Executive Officer of Naval Wing of NCC.
Dr Manohar is an Associate Professor of Economics and Associate NCC Officer of Naval Wing of NCC of SPMR College of Commerce.
