UDHAMPUR, Aug 30: Delhi Public School (DPS) in collaboration with District Science and Technology Office Udhampur organized Prize Distribution Function for the meritorious students in Poster Making, Slogan Writing and Essay Writing competitions.
The topic for Poster Making and Slogan Writing was ‘Deforestation’, while for Essay Writing, the topic was ‘Innovation and Technology for 100 Years’.
In Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition, Karnika Das, Arshdeep and Mehak Singh bagged first place, while Shambhavi, Harshad and Arya bagged second spot and the third position was claimed by Vidhi Badral, Aaksha and Tania Sharma.
Meanwhile, in Essay Writing, Krishangi Dahiya, Karan and Kevin Thomas won first position, while Pushpanjay, Tanisha and Anshika Kalsotra were adjudged second and the third place went to Manik Daya, Tushita Mohan and Shambhavi. Three consolation prizes were given in each category.
Dr JC Gupta was the chief guest on the occasion, while Dr Anju Pandey, Sucheta Gupta and Anil Sharma were present on the occasion.
