JAMMU, Aug 8: A Moot Court was organized at Dogra Law College, here today.
3 Years LL.B. (Professional Course) 6th Semester students participated in this Court.
Senior Advocate Surinder Kaur, J&K High Court presided over the Moot Court.
She acquainted the students with various important aspects of law like how an Advocate represents his client in the Court, how to plead a case. She also shared experiences of her practice with the students.
The students pleaded different cases like Criminal Case, Civil Case, Writ Petition, etc.
The Moot Court was conducted by Moot Court Co-ordinator, Pavita Kiran Badyal.
Chairman, Dogra Educational Trust Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak , Kunwar Samar Dev Singh Charak and SC Khajuria, along with  Principal Dogra Law College,  Gurmeet Kaur were also present.
Other faculty members present in the Moot Court were Dr. Komila Aggarwal, Sumiksha Razdan, Shaveta Gupta, Etika Gupta, Nidha Slathia and Anju Bala (Steno- typist).
