JAMMU, June 5: Dogra College of Education organized a workshop cum exhibition in its premises, here today.
On the occasion, students gave presentation regarding their respective models and charts on different topics related to the subjects of English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies in Schools. The topics included Rain Water Harvesting, Water Cycle, Interior of Earth, Digestive System, Volcanos, Life Sketch of Silk Worm, Dry Cell, Time Line Charts, Global Warming, Human Eye, Soil Erosion and Types of Rain Fall etc.
Earlier, Shefali Sharma, Vice Principal, Dogra College of Education presented welcome address and explained the relevance of Teaching Aids in the present day education system.
Kr Samar Dev Singh Charak, secretary Dogra Educational Trust was the chief guest on the occasion, who highlighted the usefulness of Teaching Aids in the Teaching-Learning process.
College Director, Prof BD Damral stressed upon providing quality education to the students.
Sanjay Slathia, Anupama Suri, Inderpreet Kour, Kailash Kalra and Vivek Sangotra were present on the occasion.
