RAJOURI, Nov 18: District Rajouri Volleyball Championship, being organised by District Rajouri Volleyball Association has entered in semi-finals round, played at Palma High School, here today.
Haricans Club Bagnoti, Darhal Club, Asian Club and Choudhary Club Baglain will lock horns against each other in the semi-finals matches.
In today’s matches, Dangri beat Rajab Club by 2.0 sets (25:19 & 29:27), Baniya Club trounced Bagla Club-B by 2-0 sets (25:22 & 26:24), Haricans beat Ambedkar Club by 2-0 sets (25:14 & 25:21) while Manjakote defeated Rising Star by 2-0 sets (26:24 & 25:23), Choudhary Club defeated Manjakote by 2-1 sets (29:27 & 19:25 & 15:12), Ashan Club beat Dangri Club by 2-0 sets (25:15 & 25:11) and Darhal Club trounced Baniya Club by 2-0 sets (25:11 & 25:13), whereas in girls category, Dangri Club trounced Palma by 2-0 sets (25:16 & 25:19).
About12 teams of boys and four teams of girls are participating in the event.
