JAMMU, Oct 5: A Painting Competition ‘Creative Outlet’ was organized by District Jail Jammu in collaboration of Music and Fine Arts, University of Jammu, under the guidance of SK Mishra, DGP Prisons, here today.
Six Jail inmates participated in the Competition.
The Competition was held under the supervision of Harish Kotwal, Superintendent Jail and experts from Music and Fine Arts, University of Jammu namely Rakesh Sharma and Harshvardan.
Kulwant Singh Manhas bagged first prize, while Kewal Sharma and Gagandeep Singh claimed second and third positions respectively.
