District Athletics Championship concludes

POONCH, Nov 25: District Athletics Championship organized by Poonch District Athletics Association under the aegis of J&K Amateur Athletics Association and in collaboration with District Unit of JKSC concluded here at Sports Stadium.
More than 300 athletes took part in this meet.
The chief guest of the closing ceremony was Additional Superintendent of Police Liaqat Choudhary while Prem Parkash Luthra vice president Poonch District Taekwondo Association was the guest of honour and Nirdosh Kumar Incharge Manager Sports Stadium Poonch was the special guest.
Nirdosh Kumar Incharge Manager Sports Stadium Poonch presented the welcome address.
The championship was held under the supervision of General Secretary District Athletic Association Ravinder Singh.
All track and field events were held under the Technical Supervision of Vikas Sharma PET and DTO, while the technical team comprised Kewal Krishan, PEM, Narinder Singh, PEM Sachin Kumar, Aman Kumar and Sandeep Kumar.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Rajinder Singh Joint Secretary District Taekwondo Association, Rajinder Singh Taekwondo Coach, Saurav Sharma PEM and Rajinder Singh PEM general secretary District Football Association.
Amresh Kumar PEM Activity Incharge DYSS acted as stage secretary.
