Doda, Nov 25: District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Doda conducted Mathematics and Science Quiz at Diet complex here today. Chief Education Officer Doda was the chief guest and ZEO Doda, ZEO Ghat were the guest of honour on the occasion
Principal Diet (I/C) A K Wanchoo inaugurated the event. 243 teams drawn from all over the District took part in the event. In Mathematics Shaheen Public HSS Doda, Govt. HSS Kastigarh and Faridya Model HS School attained 1st , 2nd and 3rd position respectively where as in science Govt. HSS Kastigarh, Paramount Public HSS Doda and Green Model HSS Doda took 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively.
In Mathematics Ashok Kumar HOD and Virander Singh Lecturer acted as quiz Masters Where as in Science Sudesh Kumar Raina Sr. Lecturer, Shuma Farah Lecturer, Rakesh Chandail DRA Performed as quiz Master Sudesh Kumar Raina acted as overall coordinator of the occasion Dr Akhter Hussain Lecturer acted as Anchor who made the programme colourful by reciting poetry in Urdu.
