GANDERBAL, Aug 5: Darbagh XI defeated Bakura Club in the finals of the Warpow Cricket tournament at Warpow Ganderbal, here today.
Batting first, Bakura XI made 143 runs in 20 overs. Ferooz Ahmad of Darbagh XI captured 5 important wickets and was declared as the man of the match. Darbagh XI chased the target in the 17th over. Nazir Ahmad made sensational 56 runs for Darbagh XI and was declared as the man of the series for his brilliant performance in the tournament.
