JAMMU, Sept 28: Safran Cricket Club in collaboration with 3M Home Water Filtration inaugurated first edition of Kashmiri Pandits Cricket League (KPCL) at KC Sports Club Akhnoor Road, here.
The Cricket tournament was inaugurated by Ashender Koul, former member of BCCI, former JKCA Chairman and incumbent JKCA selector and Rakesh Koul, Councillor of Muncipal Committee Mattan Kashmir.
About 12 teams including two teams from Delhi NCR are participating in this tournament which will conclude on October 9 after conducting 18 league matches and two semi-finals matches. The motive behind to organise the tournament is to connect with community youth.
Sarthak Khoda from Safran Cricket Club, Sandeep Kisroo from 3M Home Water Solution, Arun Zalpuri and Rohit Koul were also present during the inaugural function.
