Court directs SSP CB to conduct investivation

JAMMU, July 18: Special Mobile Magistrate Electricity, Jammu, R H Mirza has forwarded a complaint of Sushil Singh Jamwal, a resident of  Rehari against Tilak Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Vimal Kumar, Surjeet Singh and Gurcharan Singh to SSP Crime Branch Jammu for thorough investigation.
According to the complaint, the accused persons were never elected on the posts by the members of Rehari Cricket Club, Jammu as claimed by them at the time of registering the club with Registrar of Societies.
The accused persons by conspiring with each other deliberately and illegally claimed to be the president, vice president, general secretary, joint secretary and treasurer of Rehari Cricekt Club. Though the fact remains that they were neither elected nor nominated by the members of the club.
“The facts clearly demonstrate that the accused persons with a criminal intent, conspired with each other and in furtherance of common intention furnished a forged copy of newspaper to the Registrar Societies Jammu with an intent to get the club registered of which the accused persons claim to be the office bearers so as to drive benefit from Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association”, the complainant said.
In is pertinent to mention here that 2nd Civil Subordinate Judge (Passenger Tax), Jammu has restrained these five members from interfering in the functioning of RCC Jammu and from representing themselves as office bearers of RCC Jammu before any association, person, authority, bank etc including J&K Cricket Association (JKCA).
