Char Sahibzaade Hockey Cup concludes

JAMMU, Dec 27: Char Sahibzaade Hockey Cup (master) tournament, organised by veteran players at Bhargav Public School Gadigarh, concluded, here today.
The final match was played between Bhargav Sports Club and Hockey Legends wherein former defeated the later with 7-6 goals.
In first half of the game, Bhargav netted four goals while the opponent team secured three goals, whereas in second half of the game, both the teams continued to play aggressive game but the Hockey legend didn’t reduced the margin and lost the game with one goal. Both the teams netted three goals each in second half of the play.
Surjeet Singh, former general secretary of DGPC was the chief guest while Rajinder Singh, Retd Registrar of University of Jammu and former Director of School Education Jammu Ravinder Singh were the guests of honour.
All the dignitaries expressed their views over supreme sacrifies of Char Sahibzaade. The match was officiated by Jaswinder Singh, Shaksham Sharma, Sahil Sharma, Rajveer Sing and Madhur.
The tournament was organised under the supervision of PP Singh, organising secretary.
