CHANDIGARH, Dec 19: Team Chandigarh emerged champions of the Kho-Kho Tournament 2025, defeating Bhopal by 2 points and one turn in the men’s final. Sanju, who remained unbeaten throughout the tournament, was named Player of the Match. Chandigarh scored 9 points, while Bhopal managed 7 in two turns.
In the women’s category, Bhopal defeated Bengaluru by 6 points and one turn, with Harsha earning the Player of the Match award. Delhi Women secured third place by beating Kolkata, while Mumbai Metro Men defeated Amaravati to claim third in the men’s category.
The chief guest, Krishan Sharma, Chief GM, SBI Chandigarh, presented trophies to the champions, while Com L. Chandrashekar and Com Pankaj Kaushik, national leaders of SBI Staff Federation, were guests of honour.
