KATHUA, Mar 3: Champion Cricket Club Chandigarh defeated Bhalla Cricket Club Pathankot in an easy contest of the ongoing 9th Police Martyrs Memorial North Zone T-20 Cricket Championship 2020 at Sports Stadium, here today.
Champion Cricket Club Chandigarh won the toss and chose to bat first. Batting first, Champion Cricket Club set a target of 128 runs in the stipulated 20 overs by losing 6 wickets. Sahil top scored with 25 runs off 34 balls with the help of 4 fours. Shakib took 2 wickets in 4 overs.
In reply, Bhalla Cricket club Pathankot bundled out for a meagre total of 69 runs in 14.1 overs. Sahil took 5 important wickets in 4 overs by giving away just 10 runs which helped Champion Cricket Club Chandigarh to register a big win.
