JAMMU, Aug 20: A Bench Press Contest was held today at KC Sports Club.
The members of the Club took part in the contest with great enthusiasm. It was a contest related to overall physical fitness and was adjudged in terms of Bench Press.
The contest turned out to be quite exciting in view of the closeness of final results. Zorawar Singh Bhau was declared as winner as he lifted 125 Kg while Rohit Jaral claimed second position, as he lifted 115 Kg. Nitin Sharma remained third, as he lifted 110 Kg.
