JAMMU, May 15: To represent the State in the forthcoming 65th Junior National Basketball Championship, being held in Kerala from May 26, 2014, the Jammu and Kashmir Basketball Association, under the auspices of J&K State Sports Council selected and screened the teams, here today.
The team: Men; Amanjot Singh, Jaskirat Singh, Arnav Bakshi, Rohan Kundal, Pranav Dubey, Rishav Andotra, Sumer Singh, Akashvir Rakara, Nirbhay Singh, Abinandan Singh, Nikhil Padha, Inderjeet Singh, Ankush Singh Bali and Rishab Bakshi. Rohit Chhibber will accompany the team as coach and Vishal Singh as manager.
The team: Women; Kanu Priya Dubey, Abhileen Kour, Deher Mir, Shreya Saxsena, Ashima Tandon, Pearl Sharma, Reetu Poria, Mehwish Manzoor, Mamta Mishra, Diksha Raina, Cheena Mahajan, Saumya Saksena, Tanya Langeh and Sameeha Sharma. Sunil Singh Yadav will accompany the team as coach and Rahisa Mir as manager.
