JAMMU, Nov 17: Banyan International School organized the most awaited fun filled fete ‘Hungama-2019’ in its school premises, here today.
Ajeet Kumar Sahu inaugurated the fete by releasing the balloons.
The chief guest accompanied by School chairman, Harinder Mahajan and vice chairman, Sahil Mahajan visited various games and food stalls put up by teachers and students of Banyan International School.
The Hungama-2019 had everything to satisfy everyone’s appetite.
There was a huge rush of people witnessed over the games stalls such as dart game, in a glance, jig-saw puzzle, ring the object, coin and bangle challenge, pick and drop thermocol balls, prove your identity, playing with numbers, light the candle, dragon’s mouth, glass pyramid etc. Art and craft stall and tattoo making were the special attractions of the day.
The vast playground of Banyan International School invited brave hearts to give a go to their adrenaline as action packed swing rides such as Columbus, giant wheel, trampoline, Nano Car, bouncy were put up all over the ground. Kindergarten painting and colouring competition was another exciting activity to exhibit the skills of our young artists.
The school health, safety and safeguarding officers kept a watchful eye over all activities. Food stalls were put up by leading caterers ‘Clay Kilos’ with variety of culinary delights to appease varying tastes. Implementation of Swatch Bharat Abhyan was in full swing as visitors wilfully followed all instructions with regards to cleanliness.
‘Lucky Draw’ winners were also declared on the occasion. The prizes included Hercules bicycle, LED TV, Refrigerator, Carvaan Radio, induction cooker, non-stick cookware, among load of other gift items. Mr Sahu, appreciated the efforts of the school in organizing such a fete and applauded the school management in putting forth such an unprecedented fete which besides being educational had a very integrated tone for general masses.
