Banyan International participates in World Education Summit

JAMMU, Aug 21: Banyan International School in association with Pearson Schools participated in the World Education Summit-2014, held in Delhi recently.
Shounak Lahiri, Principal, Banyan International School, served as a panelist at 4th Annual Summit hosted by Digital Learning Magazine.
Commenting about the summit, Mr Lahiri, who represented both Banyan International School and Pearson Schools, said “At Summits such as these, a synergy is created amongst those who are charged with improving the landscape of the Indian educational environment. The World Education Summit 2014 was presented by Digital Learning Magazine, in collaboration with both Government and private education practitioners paved an all-new global platform to share knowledge and bring together every individual who is passionate about education and learning across the globe.
The best practices adopted in Pearson Schools were shared during the event making the Summit even more edifying.  Inspired by Pearson School teaching modules and pedagogy a session on ‘bringing the change in education’ was shared during the Summit by Mr Lahiri, which gave a new perspective on the future of Indian education space.
