JAMMU, Aug 10: Jammu and Kashmir Badminton Association (JKBA) is conducting trials to select the J&K team for the North Zone Inter State Badminton Championship to be held at Chandigarh.
The trials will be held to select the players in men, woman and junior boys in under-19 category and junior girls in under-19 category from August 20 to 22 at Indoor Sports Complex, MA Stadium, Jammu and Police Lines Badminton Hall, Jammu, informed Dr OD Sharma, General Secretary, JKBA.
He added that all the top ranking players from J&K will be participating in the selection trials.
The players will be selected purely on the basis of their performance during the trials, Dr Sharma said, adding that the draws will be held on August 19 at 6 pm and matches will start on August 20 from 10 am onwards.
