RAJOURI, Feb 28: District Police Rajouri organized an impressive Badminton tournament at Sports Stadium, here under Civic Action Programme (CAP).
The winning team was rewarded with a trophy and cash prize of Rs 6000 by the chief guest, SSP Rajouri Mohd. Aslam.
While interacting with the players during the award ceremony, the SSP highlighted that J&K Police is always at the forefront of providing sports avenues to the youth and they must reap maximum benefits of these initiatives. He also encouraged the youth to participate in sports for their holistic development.
DySP Hqrs Rajouri, Chanchal Singh was also present on the occasion.
Meanwhile, Rajouri Police also organized a Kabaddi tournament in Manjakote area, which was inaugurated by SHO Zaffer Amin.
