JAMMU, Dec 9: International Daily Rising School (IDRS) here today in collaboration with Legents Dance and Fancy Show (LDFS) organized an awareness programme against Child Labour.
In the programme it was depicted through dance, actions and skits that education is necessary for all irrespective of social boundaries.
Through this event IDRS conveyed the message that there is no better tool than education to end Child Labour and providing basic education to the less privileged children in the vicinity.
Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Dhar, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion along with SSP Railways and Divisional Manager Railways.
Supinder Kaur, Chairperson IDRS, Managing Director IDRS, Raghav Gupta and the Director Academics, Dr. Atul Hans were also present on the occasion.
Ajit Singh (Master X), Director of LDFS choreographed the 52 children including few young national celebrities for the event and their presentation on the theme was highly applauded by the audience.
