JAMMU, July 29: Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Athletics Association will conduct selection trials for the forthcoming 31st North Zone Junior Athletics Championships which will be held in Jammu on September 10-11, 2019 in the age groups of under-14, under-16, under-18 and under-20 for both boys and girls.
According to a handout issued here the trials will be held on August 3-4 at Jammu University Athletics Track. The trials will start with the process of age verification on August 3 from 7 am onwards.
The Association has advised the athletes desirous to take part in the Championship to bring with them Birth Certificates, apart from Aadhar Cards.
Moreover, the Association will conduct trials for 59th National Senior Inter State Athletics Championships scheduled to be held at U.P from August 27 to August 30, 2019 on the same dates i.e August 3 and August 4, 2019 at Jammu University Athletics Track.
The out-stationed athletes will be provided boarding and lodging at Jammu for 2 days of August 3 and August 4.
