JAMMU, Apr 27: Army Public School Damana organized a musical concert in its premises, here today.
The programme was presented by renowned Indian Classical Musician Pt Biswajit Roy Choudhary in association with SPIC MACAY.
The programme began with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the chief guest Biswajit Roy and the guest of honour Sharmishta Mukerjee, chairperson FWO 19 Inf Bde and the Principal of the School, Dr Renu Gupta, which was followed by a brief introduction by the chief guest about various musical instruments and their importance in the Indian Culture.
The performance of the Indian Classical Music by the renowned music artist enthralled a large number of audience.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem.
