JAMMU, Nov 26: Apple Kids, Pre-School Gandhi Nagar Jammu held Annual Sports Day in its School premises, here today.
Various kinds of races were organized on the occasion, wherein the students of Nursery participated in the ball race, while the students of Junior and Senior KG participated in hopping and spoon race.
In ball race, Angan, Amrit, Prakhar and Adiraj bagged first place, while Sharv, Sayam and Kanwar claimed second place and Kritineh, Navnoor and Udhay bagged third place.
In girls, Rehat, Mudita and Mavleen won first place, Seerat, Jasdeep and Pavsheen claimed second, while the third place went to Sonam, Pragya and Radhia.
In simple race for boys, Aayshman and Iraj bagged first and second place respectively, while the third place went to Satvik and Migu. In girls, Iksha bagged first, Arunima second and Kawan third.
In hopping race for junior boys, Jaideep and Raghav bagged first place, Divyam and Achyut claimed second, while Aravpunj and Sandeep won third place. In girls, Jessica and Medha won first place, Arya and Manyata bagged second, while Prerna and Taru claimed third place. Positions were also claimed by the students in the other events also, who were felicitated by the School Management including Principal, Jagjeet Kour and Umesh Rekhi on the occasion.
