JAMMU, Mar 6: Range Level competition ‘Chhoona Hai Aasman Season-3’ was organized at Police Auditorium, Gulshan Ground, here today.
On the occasion, Dr Robinder Kour and Dilbag Singh, IGP Jammu Zone, were the chief guests.
JP Singh, Deputy Inspector General of Police, presented the welcome address.
In Solo singing competition, Anshu secured first position, whereas, Varsha and Vandhna secured second and third positions respectively in junior female category. Jagjot Singh secured first position, whereas Rohit and Sajjan Singh claimed second and third positions in Junior male category.
In senior female category, RP Dayal secured first position, whereas Purvishi and Jaspreet claimed second and third positions respectively, whereas in senior male category, Rabjot Singh claimed first positions, while Raman Singh and Rajinder Kumar bagged second and third positions respectively.
Padamshree Balwant Singh Thakur, Kailash Mehra, Kalpana Kesar and Pandit Hari Krishan judged the performances of the participants.
Academy of Arts, Culture and Languages and National Public School, Miran Sahib also presented a group dance item.
Later, IGP Jammu, DIG Jammu, SSP Samba, SSP Kathua and SP Jammu distributed cash prizes and momentoes among the winners.
At the end, Israr Khan, SSP Samba and State Level Chief Coordinator for the Talent Hunt presented vote of thanks.
