AKS Club beats BHC in 1st JMSM Hockey Tourney

JAMMU, May 30: AKS Club Digiana beat Bandhurakh Hockey Club (BHC) by 3-2 goals in the ongoing 1st Jathedar Mohinder Singh Memorial (JMSM) Hockey Tournament being organized by Hockey J&K at KK Hakku Stadium, here today.
First match of the day was played today between AKS Club Digiana and Bandhurakh Hockey Club which was won by the former by 3-2. The 2nd match was played between Champions Club and Dashmesh Hockey Club Nanak Nagar which stopped due to bad light. Remaining 7 minutes 42 seconds of the Match will contine tomorrow.
Among others present were GS Bakshi, Rajinder Singh (senior vice president, Hockey J&K), Ishan Sharma (treasurer, Hockey J&K), Supinder Deep Singh Bakshi (general secretary, Hockey J&K), Daljeet Singh (organizing secretary), Gurpreet Singh (vice president, Hockey J&K), Tajinder Singh (resident secretary, Hockey J&K), Dr Karanbir Singh (secretary, Hockey J&K), RP Sarna, Manjeet Singh Randhawa and Matinder Pal Singh (NIS Hockey Coach, Poonch).
The matches were officiated by a technical panel of Jagjit Singh, Sahil Kumar, Gurpreet Singh and Jasprit Singh.
