JAMMU, Dec 25: A Horizon Cricket Club (AHCC) defeated HCC in an easy contest to seal berth in the ongoing 2nd Suresh Singh Memorial Cricket Tournament, being organised by A Horizon Group under the leadership of Dr Harmesh Singh Salathia, Senior PDP leader and District President Samba.
Earlier, batting first HCC bundled out for a paltry total of 59 runs in 15 overs. Mukesh was the top scorer with 15 runs. For AHCC, Ashish Singh and Sant Baksh took 4 wickets each.
In reply, AHCC chased the target easily in 10 overs. Jatin Wadhwan top scored with 24 runs, while Abhinav Puri and Ashish Singh contributed 16 and 12 runs to the total respectively. Ashish Singh was declared as the man of the match for his all-round show.
