JAMMU, Feb 4: Adarsh Shiva High School, Chandan Vihar, Muthi organized an Essay Writing Competition in the School premises here today.
The students from Class 1st to 10th were divided in three groups.
The topic for Group-A was ‘Gandhiji’s Idea on Non-Violance’, ehile the topic for Group-B and Group-C was ‘Save Forests to Save World from Global Warming’.
Vaishali Sharma, Prarthana Sharma and Anjali Sharma claimed 1st, 2nd and 3rd position from Group-A, while Naman Kumar, Jaya Verma and Vikas Sharma bagged top three positions from Group-B respectively and from Group-C, Ritik Sharma won 1st place, while Mehak Bhagat and Gourav shared 2nd position and Pallavi clinched 3rd position. School Principal Rajni Koul lauded the efforts of the students for good show. She also distributed merit certificates among the winners on the occasion.
