JAMMU, Aug 3: 29th Regional Level Kho-Kho Meet for boys commenced at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Gharota, here today., 171 contingents of five clusters- Jammu & Kashmir I & II, Punjab I & II and Himachal Pradesh of Chandigarh Region are participating in this Meet.
Tehsildar of Bhalwal, Rafeeq Ahmed was the chief guest on this occasion, who addressed the participants and motivated them to showcase true sportsmanship during the Meet.
Earlier, Principal of the school, Romesh Chander presented welcome address and threw light on the sports cluster of NVS. The closing ceremony will be held tomorrow.
