MIER Academy registers big win

JAMMU, Oct 15: MIER Cricket Academy defeated Tawi Cricket Club in an easy contest in the ongoing Cricket Tournament, being organised by Col Chopra Cricket Academy at its ground, here.
Earlier, winning the toss and batting first, MIER Scored 201 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 30 overs. Sameer Sharma top scored with 86 runs, while Nikhil contributed 36 runs to the total. For Tawi Cricket Club, Hanzala took 3 wickets and Tanish claimed 2 wickets.
In reply, Tawi Cricket Club scored 72 runs in 21.1 overs to lose the match by a big margin. Puniya Raina, Jasbir, Rahil and Kanahiya took 1 wickets each for MIER Cricket Academy. Sameer Sharma was adjudged as the man of the match.
