MBS to take on SPMR College in football summit clash

JAMMU, Oct 12: MBS College of Engineering and Technology registered win over GGM Science College by 2-1 goals and will take on SPMR Commerce of College in the final of the ongoing Play for Health Football Tournament, being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) at GGM Science College ground, here today.
In the first half, GGM Science College raised the scoreboard through Ranvijay in the 34 minute, whereas in the second half, enthusiastic Jagandeep Singh of MBS College netted two goals in the 52nd and 59th minute. GGM Science College strived hard to win the match, but final whistle by the referee shattered their dream.
On the occasion, Surinder Singh Bunty, Vice President, JKFA was the chief guest, while Yousuf Don, Secretary, Rajesh Kumar, Treasurer JKFA and Risheesh Khajuria from J&K State AIDS Control Society were also present.
The match was officiated by Vijay Kumar, Rahul Sharma, Sanjay Kumar and Suresh Gupta.
