JAMMU, Aug 13: J&K Karate team is participating in India Independence International Karate Championship, being organized by Shito Ryu Seiko Kai Karate Do India at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi.
A team of 14 players from J&K along with Coach Ambedkar Gupta, President, AKAJK, National Karate Team Coach is participating in the ongoing tournament.
The players Abhikshit Mahajan, Gourish Pratap Singh, Sushan Sharma, Bhuvan Vasudev, Shashwat Saproo, Mujataba-ul-Hassan, Rhythm Sharma, Fiaz Ahmed,  Shahbaz Ahmed, Ayush Gupta, Ansh Gupta, Arush Puri, Prakhar Jyoti, Abhiraj Singh will participate in their respective categories in the championship.
2500 players from all over India are participating in the Championship.
